Is everything really one-of-a-kind? Yes. Every piece is one of one — made a single time and never remade. The colorway, the small handmade imperfections, the exact stitch of it: all yours alone.

How do the drops work? I release a small collection the first weekend of each month. It goes live all at once and sells until it's gone — no restocks. Join the soft mail list to know the moment the door opens.

How soon will my piece ship? Everything is finished before a drop, so orders ship within 5-7 business days. You'll get tracking the moment it's on its way.

What yarn do you use? Mostly soft acrylics and cottons, chosen for how they feel to wear and how well they last — I list the fiber on every piece. (and yes: acrylic deserves more respect than it gets.)

Do you take custom orders or commissions? Not right now — the monthly drop is what keeps this joyful and sustainable. The soft mail list is the best way to catch the pieces i do make.

What's your return policy? Because each piece is one of a kind and made by hand, I don't offer returns or exchanges — but if something arrives damaged or not as described, message me and I'll make it right.
